Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026. The ground rules for using this site and our apps, in plain language.

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Cottone Labs LLC (“Cottone Labs”, “we”, “us”), an Arizona limited liability company. By using the website at cottone.io or an app we publish, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the apps.

What these terms cover

  • This website. cottone.io and everything on it, including the contact form.
  • Our App Store apps, including Traffic Watch. Your license to use an app you get from the App Store is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms apply alongside it. Where they conflict, Apple’s agreement controls.
  • DigiPages and ResiPage have their own terms: DigiPages Terms and ResiPage Terms. Those terms govern those services.
  • TV Bar Games. Its own terms are being prepared. Until they are published, these terms apply to it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Using the site and apps

You’re welcome to browse, share links to and use the site and apps for any lawful purpose. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, our servers or our apps;
  • use the contact form to send spam, malware or abusive messages;
  • copy, resell or redistribute our apps, or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it;
  • use automated tools to scrape the site in a way that disrupts it.

Our content and trademarks

The site, the apps and their code, design, text, images and game artwork are owned by Cottone Labs LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. “Cottone Labs”, the Cottone Labs logo, Traffic Watch, DigiPages, ResiPage and TV Bar Games are our trademarks. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product. Other names on the site, such as Apple, Apple Watch, iPhone and iPad, belong to their owners.

Messages and feedback

When you contact us, you’re responsible for what you send. If you suggest an idea or improvement, we may use it freely, without owing you anything for it.

Other sites and services

The site links to sites we don’t control, such as the App Store and our separately run web services. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites, and their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.

Disclaimers

The site and apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site or apps will be uninterrupted or error-free. Traffic Watch is a game: play it when it’s safe to, and never while driving.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cottone Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, that arise from your use of the site or apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app or service in question in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or apps or break these terms, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site or apps after that, the updated terms apply. If a change is significant for an app, we’ll also note it in that app’s release notes.
